Refund policy

Refunds or replacements are only offered in case of a damaged or defective product. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your claim, you must provide clear photos or videos of:

  • The product showing the issue

  • The original packaging (including outer box, labels, and any inserts)

Our team will take upto 1 business day to review your case. If your claim is valid, we will refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We accept damage claims only if reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with required proof as mentioned above.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
